In my bid to raise money for Copenhagen, I approached a variety of companies, one being Asda’s Head of Corporate Policy for Sustainability and Ethics, Julian Walker-Palin.
He and his team very kindly have offered to sponsor me in return for Copenhagen updates AND I also get the chance to challenge them on their business activities!!!!
This really was quite a surprise to me, as I wasn’t expecting them to be so open to exposing themselves! In a way it’s helping them differentiate themselves from the other supermarkets, as well as giving them some new ideas and things to work on, so why the hell not????
